  • I teach two welcoming, in-person classes in Sherborne designed to help you feel stronger, calmer and more connected to your body.

    Pilates Flow (45 minutes)
A flowing Pilates class designed to strengthen and sculpt your body while improving posture and stability. The class includes a mixture of standing movements to build balance, strength and coordination, alongside core-focused exercises that support the spine and strengthen the deep stabilising muscles.

Pilates Flow is especially beneficial if you spend long hours sitting or working at a desk, helping to improve posture, relieve tension and tone the body while building functional strength.

Yoga Stretch & Relax (45 minutes)
This class blends dynamic vinyasa yoga at the start to build gentle heat, improve circulation and connect movement with breath. The class then transitions into deep yin stretches, which target the fascia and connective tissues to improve flexibility and mobility.

You’ll leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and more at ease in your body — the perfect way to unwind and de-stress.

Both classes are designed to help you move better, feel stronger and create a consistent, enjoyable practice alongside others in the Sherborne community.

  • Classes are designed to be flexible and easy to attend.

    • £12 – Single class

    • £20 – Attend both classes

All classes can be booked easily through the website in advance.

  • Classes take place at Studio Sherborne, Old Yarn Mills in Sherborne, Dorset.

The studio is a beautiful, calm space that’s easily accessible from Sherborne and surrounding villages within around a 30-minute drive, making it a convenient place to build a regular in-person yoga or Pilates practice.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

Pilates grip socks are ideal, particularly for the Pilates class, as they help with stability and balance.

You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer, but mats and blocks are provided if needed — so you can simply arrive and enjoy the class.

  • Absolutely. These classes are very beginner-friendly, and many people join without any previous experience.

Everything is explained clearly, and you’ll be guided through the movements step by step. Options are offered throughout the class so you can progress at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

The focus is simply on helping you move well, feel good and enjoy taking time for yourself.
